Terms of Service

1. The deal

You pay $5 (USD) once. In return, you receive a permanent spot on The Logo Wall, a dedicated profile page at /brand/[your-slug], and a dofollow link from your profile page to your website. "Permanent" means for the operational lifetime of the service.

2. Refunds

You may request a full refund within 14 days of purchase for any reason - just email hello@thelogowall.com. After 14 days, listings are considered permanent and non-refundable. If your listing is rejected during moderation for any reason, you receive an automatic full refund regardless of how long ago it was paid.

3. Lifetime of the service

"Permanent" means for the operational lifetime of The Logo Wall. We commit to operating the service in good faith, but we do not guarantee perpetual operation. If we ever shut down, all listings will be archived publicly and we will not pursue removal.

4. Acceptable use

The Logo Wall does not accept listings for: illegal goods or services, adult/explicit content, hate speech, harassment, malware, scams, multi-level-marketing schemes, gambling targeting jurisdictions where it is unlawful, or content that infringes third-party intellectual property. We reserve the right to reject or remove any listing at our sole discretion.

5. Editing your listing

Edits are unlimited and free for brand owners. Sign in to your account at /login and edit your listing as often as you need. Logo or content changes are re-moderated before going live; this typically takes under 24 hours.

6. Your account

An account is created automatically the first time you sign up and pay. Authentication is by 4-digit one-time code emailed to your registered address - no passwords. Codes expire after 10 minutes. You are responsible for keeping access to that email address; if you lose access to it, contact us at hello@thelogowall.com and we'll verify ownership manually.

7. Featured listings

The featured tier ($10 one-time) places your sticker in the homepage hero rotation in addition to the wall. The same refund and permanence terms apply. Featured placement may be reordered at our discretion to keep the rotation fresh.

8. Your content

You retain ownership of your logo and copy. By uploading you grant The Logo Wall a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive licence to display, store, and resize that content for the purpose of operating the service.

9. Outbound links

Outbound links from profile pages to your website are dofollow at the time of writing. We reserve the right to change link attributes (rel=) site-wide if forced to by search-engine policy or legal pressure.

10. No warranty

The service is provided "as is" without warranty. We do not guarantee uptime, search-engine rankings, traffic, or any specific business outcome.

11. Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of the service is limited to the amount you paid us (i.e. up to $5 - or $10 for the featured tier).

12. Changes

We may update these terms. Material changes will be announced on the homepage and emailed to brand owners.
